Clear Terms for Quality Service

These terms outline our policies and your rights when using EverCutz services. We believe in transparency and fair treatment for all our clients.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EverCutz services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Appointment Policy

Booking

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
  • Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Service Guarantee

We strive to provide excellent service. If you're not satisfied with your service, please speak with your stylist or our management team within 7 days of your appointment.

Limitation of Liability

EverCutz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
